SperaxUSD on Arbitrum was exploited, hacker managed to liquidate around ~300k before it was stopped. Then, on Feb 6th, he returned the fund. Exploit will be patched tomorrow and ops will resume.

I lost out on PRO, I sold because it stayed steady for over a month and I thought it was going nowhere but just yday it reached a new high which would have 2.5x my money. I’m banking heavily on ARB and the ARB ecosystem, including SYN, magic, SPA, VELO as the projects have yet to see any substantial pump. I also agree that these ghost chains (excluding Solana) have been massively manipulated in price and are overvalued compared to a lot of projects in the industry. It’s only a matter of time before Layers 2s including ARB, METIS, MATIC etc. begin to pump again

Fully agree. Two examples from my side: I bought SPA (Spartacus Finance) because it was a OHM/Wonderland fork in the time they were booming. I lost half of my money and sold it without looking back. On the other hand, I was buying ETH in the $100-300 range and sold it in the $3k-4k range. Not everything is a long-term hold. Currently, I'm accumulating a **lot** of Bitcoin and a bit of ETH, RUNE, and ATOM.
Maybe be are joining in the rational prices phase. In a bull nothing matters. ICP for example when it was launched it was impossible to deploy over ssl. A chain for web deployments which doesn't even fit the minimal to host a simple SPA js web. Listed at that price

Its a gamble so do not follow me if you are not a degen gambler like myself, but the stable coin it follows ($USDS) have been rock solid during the dump. So unlike the trash Terra Luna, I have more faith in Sperax.

there is no seller fee. creating USDs's requires collateral and burning of SPA. similar token design as LUNA. but with sperax, it uses USDC as collateral opposed to volatile crypto assets. But with usds's already created, you can freely transfer them, so that means selling and buying them. And when you have them in your wallet, you get paid. This is because it is automaticly being used on the background at yield aggregators. Instead of you having to do it, it's being done for you, basicly.

There are supposedly U.S. Peace Corps Volunteers returning this year sometime to El Salvador after a long period of absence - this would not have happened without both countries having had years of discussion and planning about it. There have been some signs that the Biden admin / WH is flailing around holding certain USAID funds hostage not so long ago because he / the WH are upset over policy differences between El Salvador and the USA (meaning, the USA isn't able to force Nayib Bukele to do what Biden wants). But anyway, seems the worst that will probably happen there is less USAID money floating around (or Bukele will simply decline it) and the U.S. Peace Corps - El Salvador relationship will still resume - which might actually be great since there would still be Peace Corps Volunteers but there would be less SPA / USAID money and more focus on the social / economic elements of what it is the people truly are interested in doing in El Salvador.
There are more complex situations that'd require an actual server, but those items mentioned are just static, they can be part of the SPA or hosted the same way as the SPA. You can get away with a lot though. NFT validation (and even the entire secondary market) can be done on the website. If the secondary markets are ran using smart contracts of their own it's verifiable and trustless. But sure there are plenty of scams in the space and if stuff is done based on promises the fact that it could've been trustless goes away. The point imo is that it can be trustless, and consumers can leverage that.
Did you put icp and best token in the market in the same prhase? Their product is not even able to deploy a simple SPA with SSL, the tokenomics are one of the most centralised out there, and I can still hear the laughs of every early Investor when it was listed at more of 500usd.

I bought some SPA like a year ago for the airdrops. Been using the SPA wallet but they automatically updated it and made me recover my wallet with the passphrase. After it recovered I now have 0 SPA, and when I look at the passphrase it displays something different. Not entirely sure what's going on there but I submitted the glitch on their form and haven't heard shit back yet.

I bought $10k of TIME at $7200 and $10k of SPA at $160. Both cut in half not long after my purchase. I decided to let TIME soak and I am just under $10k there so I am good but SPA dropped to $40 and I sold it, leveraged my ALGO to get back to $10k and put it in a new OHM fork called ParrotDAO. I figured it would be safe for 3 weeks and the APY had 23 commas at the time so I figured a 3 day soak would get back even and some profits. Not even a full day into it and the developer pulled the rug so it all went to zero. Before people comment, yes I understood the risks, and no I did not invest more than I could afford to lose. My wife disagrees with the last part of the previous statement. I am up in many other positions and now I have a large tax loss for years to come.

Any OHM forks, like TIME, Z2O, SPA(or unknown token IYKYK). Rebase tokens are the new hot thing so I grabbed a little of every fork on other chains. Most have insane APR still and super low market cap.

After participating in all the fantom Ohm forks (EXOD, SPA, FHM, HEC) the most unique difference in this fork is the profit generation and sharing built into the token. In general, profit sharing tokens are more appealing than governance tokens with buyback (see SPELL vs. MAKR; ICE vs. UNI/SUSHI), which makes this fork more bullish. It's still early, and they will need audit's, community support, and live up to the roadmap, but this is a promising project that everyone should keep an eye on.

ErgoDEX and Mirqur for me. Some things are not clear in the picture, like Mirqur will only have 1-5% pool fee, while still rewarding with gov tokens. Non-sequitur though. Having the right and the obligation are two different things. Entering a legally binding contract for a security is a SPA (stock purchase agreement) and the laws dictate the age necessary to legally culpable for a contract due to uncertain risk/verbiage. If you disagree with this and wish to repeal, you'd be expecting every age to know law, how to drive, and be military trained out of the womb. Being able to sign legally binding documents to enter the military and/or take training to buy a license seems different from allowing profit-driven corporations the right to sell liquid poison to underage persons. Might just be me though.
