The article is very badly written, repo’s shouldn’t confused with CLO’s they are completely different instruments. A repo is essentially a collateralised loan, usually using a high quality asset like a U.S. treasury as collateral and often shorter maturities e.g up to 3M. A reverse repo is simply the opposite of this. One of the problems with QE was excess liquidity and not enough money being lent in the right places. The FED reverse repo is essentially the FED extracting liquidity I.e borrowing from the market and using its treasury holdings as collateral .

IOTA I tend to be "loyal" to some things in their respective categories, even if I know deep inside their not the 'best' (like FF8 in final fantasy series, or some mid/low tier characters in a gacha game, like Selene in King's Raid for example) it's just that for Crypto, it's IOTA I've been in it since 2017, I forgot how many coins I've read/researched that year, but I really liked IOTA because of how they explained how they will be used (of which I also forgot) I've been off crypto when crypto winter began, and just started looking stuff up this bull run with IOTA aside, I've found something this bull run in CLO though it's mosly because of the developer (and his links with CYT and Dragonary, an NFT game) I'll be holding **IOTA and CLO**, and might find a third coin in the next bull run after this one I don't really have a target price or exit strat for these coin (or the next coin that I'll be "loyal" to), I'm just thinking of keeping them, sort of like a trophy or something
Thats a good strategy probably but its hard for me to catch a falling knife like that, i plan to just accumulate and hold and mine until i get enough into claimable proof of stake currencies that will pay my food one day when crypto blows up like ATOM or CLO, stuff that doesnt automatically stake like ALGO, stuff like algo you want to just sit there because of compounding but claimable staking coins you have to wait weeks and then redelegate eating into your profits so those would be better for future retirement payments

Coinbase for sure. I’ve sat in on a talk with the CLO (legal officer) and he talked about the strides to vet and confirm that all cryptos on the platform are indeed safe for market use. Granted, this defeats the purpose of decentralization, but there’s plenty of other alternatives to Coinbase so take your pick. Also: Coinbase fees 👀

Not sure why an auditing service would continue to monitor a changing codebase if they werent being paid to in the first place, there's tons of good projects out there, i know CLO audits contracts and they have been a great project to follow, but overall you are generally correct, at the end of the day its just to show face and slap a label on it on launch, much like a underdeveloped game.
Maybe look up some dividend investing stock videos and learn about real compound interest, also get into some actual proof of stake coins instead of those scams, check out ADA, ALGO, CLO, solana, idk theres literally tons that dont actually suck and arent a obvious rugpull anyway

Yeah I get the CDS scare from 2008 that is a non factor these days. CLO credit worthiness had dropped too but it's still not a big enough market in terms of bank holdings (institutional holders might get fucked) to really matter. I mean I get your point though. If I was smart enough to see the writing on the wall I'd be a very rich man. Just wanted to point out execs don't seem concerned at my bank or really any of my fortune ~500 clients.

I've been looking into CLO and they have cold staking contracts with four wallets (Trustwallet, Coinomi, Guarda and their native Callisto wallet) which can apparently earn you up to 11%ROI per annum (though this will go down as more people adopt). Has anyone got experience with this and whether the returns are as good at the website says they are?
