I found VIDYA on their, it’s still a hugely promising project, this was before it was bot central.
Moonshots actually used to post some really insightful content, and I’ve personally came across a number of projects that actually have a use case and scalability, personal favourite being VIDYA which is a gaming coin. Over the past 6 months it’s like the Mods have died and nobody has noticed, I had to stop following the sub as my feed was overrun with Doge this, doge that, it’s a complete shit show. If anybody knows of any r/ pages where you can learn about new projects without a relentless bombardment of cesspit, quick buck scam artists, plz let me know.

You are probably not going to get a lot of people agreeing here to buy safemoon and similar coins. Mostly bcs they are as close to a Ponzi scheme as crypto can be. 99% of those "deflationary" tokens are scams. You are not investing, you are gambling. Which is fine, as long as you know the odds (slim to none). What you are looking for are small cap coins/tokens that are not included in major exchanges, but that do have a good product (preferably working). That said, coins like safemoon are usually found on r/cryptomoonshots. That sub used to be good info for finding smaller cap coins/tokens (I have found LTO, TRAC, VIDYA, OMI, OPCT and similar good coins there), but has fallen off the deep end in the last two months, due to meme coins (such as safemoon and safemars). It is literally cluttered with tokens on the BSC network, that "promise" you 100x or 1000x. Do not go for these. The threads are deleted in a day, after the initial "pump". The reasoning they are on the BSC network are because it's easier and cheaper to deploy the token (by the scammers) and get the people to invest (ETH network has much larger fees so $20 buys are not worth it). Make no mistake, you will not be able to catch the pump before the dump. Liquidity is drained in seconds. I repeat, do not go for these coins, even if it's $10 or $20, better to have that $20 in BTC/ETH or a small cap coin with a working product.
VIDYA is dropping the trailer for it's on-chain FPS in the next 5 days, with the Beta starting shortly thereafter. Likely going to start rising dramatically after that. Coupled with the low gas fees, it's a good time to grab a small stack, it's less than half of its ATH currently.
Yo what is going on with VIDYA, cool team, cool product, super cool idea to mix wager matches nfts and pvp gaming.. yet here i am a month later and the MC is 7 million.. did i miss something?

MODEFI, SLT (if/when it dips is interesting), DUSK, BONFI, VIDYA Those are all moonshots though. Not looking at anything big right now - scaling out of a few alts in the coming weeks tbh
I would say VIDYA( 13.63 mil), it’s still very low in my opinion, in comparison to its potential.

65% of my portfolio is now VIDYA, and for the first time in months I don't feel nervous about an alt/shitcoin investment. I'm not personally a huge fan of how their first game looks from the screenshots I've seen, but the fact that the trailer/beta are coming in April is awesome. VIDYA is very solid. I bought $145 worth a little over a week ago, it's now almost $500 and only getting started, plus they have the absolute coolest website in crypto. You can even play Castle Wolfenstein on there, it's fricking sick!

Personally VIDYA has treated me incredibly well - 15m market cap with 50m supply on a game based system, created by an extremely competent team. Series of games being launched over the next year. I then really like PPAY - though a bit bigger at 44m

My current picks are: VIDYA: Gaming/NFT related coin, still don't fully understand it, but they have a game coming out soon. PLOTX: Market rewards token. Weirdly low market cap. BEPRO: Almost didn't want to say this one, because I'm sick of seeing it shilled on here, but it has potential. Probably the riskiest of the three.

Really underselling VIDYA here. A better and simple way to put it: VIDYA is similar to ENJIN, but with a game developer mindset first, and platform second. There's somewhat of a sneak peek at how it looks on their main website, a few demo clips on their Twitter, and some snapshots of the player models on the TG. A full-on trailer should be coming soon. It's been gaining a lot of momentum this past week: a little over 2x in the past 2 days and 3x past 7 days, and should have a whole lot more gas as it's only around 15mil MC DYOR - visit their website, their twitter, telegram, and discord.

ooh allright, sorry for misjudgeing. My ground (if all moonshots fail) is made off ADA, KSM, DOT, CHSB, ENJ. My biggest ambitions in smaller projects are STMX, MEGA, VIDYA. And out of the new "Memecoins" i mostly believe in HOGE, since (imo) their DEV's are trustworthy and taking BIG steps in the right directions.

I will start with the riskiest one: This is not advice to anyone, but i am tempted to throw a couple hundred into MP3 / MP4 - it iss tokenising artists and the film industry (similar to AUDIO), with yield curves on the issuance of sales etc. Sub 1m market cap and run by a DAO Fully expect it to go to zero, but if someone has gambling money for a bit of fun - this could do well. Beyond that: - SCRT, LTO, GET, PPAY, WAULT, VIDYA, BONFI - kind of in order of size (from mid cap to micro cap)

I dumped VIDYA and now I'm wondering if I should have stayed in. Maybe it's not too late to jump back in but I'm reluctant to spend any more fiat and there's nothing in my portfolio I want to trade in exchange for vidya.
Very different holds - QNT is a long term hold for me (ok may sell some if i try to take profits ahead of a bear market - but it has a long term horizon) - it is around 5% of my portfolio and i will keep holding it. If they succeed it will go 50-100x (yes - even at a 500m market cap). OMI - short term hold picked it up at 0.0024 earlier in the week, will dump at uniswap listing, ideally 4-5x up VIDYA - microcap speculative moonshot for gaming/nfts - first person shooter game, 4-5m market cap. If we have another nft run, think it could g very well short term. But purely speculative. So hard to say as they all have different strategies/reasons i invested, if i was recommending one it would be QNT as i actually like it - and it is definitely one to do your research on, it is a bit of a rabbit hole

not much right now, sitting on my hands a little bit. It will sound boring to most people but i am looking at consolidating, and then also moving around 20% of my portfolio into fiat over the coming weeks - moving 50% to anchor and the other 50% to a stable to stable yield farm. I will probably pick up more luna, one or two short term plays (currently have VIDYA, OMI, BEPRO for this), and just see how we go. My portfolio is growing nicely without any additional buys, so a bit of a reshuffle and a cash hedge earning interest works nicely for me. My staking rewards across my portfolio are earning me a few hundred dollars a day (in theory, of course). So no need to rush around

VIDYA taking back off after an initial correction. $6mn market cap, gaming, nft and defi rolled into one. Super early, so expect risk, but good to see where it goes. I mentioned TVK as a similar small cap NFT project at sub 10mn market cap 6 weeks and sit 1000% up as of now. I am not suggesting anyone invest, but if we expect the NFT run to continue I think this could be a nice little return. For reference put a small amount of money into it for now, I think the risk is always big with these types of things

How likely is VIDYA to moon though? Some people in SatoshiStreetBets were saying it's already had a massive pump and isn't likely to go much higher without some serious progress and development on the project.

Woah, I dream of something like this happening for me -- $1200 turning into $6k in two weeks! So far I've only had very, very modest gains and I've spent like $9k on cryptos in the past two weeks or so (I currently have BTC, ETH, DOT, ADA, ENJ, VIDYA and DOGE with the latter two making up the smallest portion of that $9k portfolio). So far I've only had returns of around $300 fluctuating up and down.
Thank you. I'll heed your advice and stop trying to gamble on shitcoins. I think I'll just stick to the big ones like BTC, ETH, LTC, etc. Got burned for the first time on Uniswap jumping onto the pump-n-dump VIDYA shitcoin after yesterday's popular post made me think it was going to skyrocket in price, but after a few hours of gains it's now trending downwards and I don't think it'll start going up substantially any time soon. If I can at least break even I'll be so happy but I'm definitely keen to convert the $700 worth of VIDYA I converted back into ETH and walk away.

Well that may be true, the posts that it happens to do have great projects. EYE and VIDYA are now trending in this sub, both are pretty great coins. You cant get a shitcoin that high because it will get downvoted and receive a lot of negative attention.
