I made like $60k over the weekend dumping my entire portfolio of 10+ years into this one tech ai related company. Then I’d take smaller amounts and swing trade that back and forth, made some more money. Then I wanted to buy a house, put an offer in, lots of back and forth, sellers said no so I said fuck it and put it ALL back in. HUGE amount for me, like I make $30/hr picking up literal garbage in one of the world’s most expensive cities to live in, losing this money would literally set me back two decades (I got lucky riding apple, tesla and amd). Then friday hit, morning of I was up another $30k. Got greedy, kept it in by friday AF, I think I was like close to break even. The following days it just kept tanking everyday, like huuugee chunks, at one point I was looking at losing nearly half my portfolio! Naturally, this was the exact moment, the sellers call back and say they are willing to accept my terms. My wife starts crying and shit cause at this point I had to tell her, that maybe we should skip this house because I am a dumbass and yolod my savings away. Couple days go by, finally it went back up to a loss of just $30k. So I pulled it out. THAT SAME WEEK, IF I HELD IT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $80k GAIN… Thats when I realized I have no idea wtf I am doing, I need to buy this damn house instead and just build equity instead. I’ll max out my deferred, fuck around in a roth ira, MAYBE do some covered calls & cash secured puts but I am done yoloing my entire portfolio! Ngl, I am still salty about it. The loss is one thing, I am still up for the year big time but seeing it go up and up right after I take a huge L hurts. Then the nights I spent looking at my phone seeing my portfolio vanish were crazy bad, I dont think I slept like 3 nights in a row.

There was a leak recently showing exactly how much Rockstar was making.. closte to 5 million, ONLY onl PS5, every WEEK. There was other data as well, just google it, but basically it is known how much they are making, and that is fairly recent data that was leaked, not something from 10 years ago.

Bruh what The funny part is that the market has been acting as predicted and more or less rationally with SPCX for the WEEK that it has been publicly traded. Everyone knew this was going to be the case, and it's what most ipo charts look like. We should update the saying to something like, "the market can remain rational for longer than it takes for you to become a retard"
