If so, that'd explain why they can't do it (401k plans generally offer a short list of available funds, and that's it). It took a full year for crypto to bottom out in the 2017/18 run... people constantly tried to time it and jump back in, the problem is the same problem that’s occurring now. You think 40 is bottom, jump in, it sinks to 33... you think 33 is bottom maybe it jumps for a little, but ultimately falls to 28... another round of buyers and a few weeks later, another lower low.
