This is a very informative article. However, two methods that I frequently use were not mentioned: "Scrutinize its Tokenomics" and "Gauge its Market Fit." These two methods, along with the ones mentioned in the article, have assisted me in identifying tokens such as MATIC, OCEAN, NGM, TRIAS, LSS, AZERO, and others early.
The best thing I did was buy SOL and BNB in January 2021, before the huge run, and also buy OCEAN and LSS in 2021, which helped me make a lot of money. Though, I still have some of the OCEAN and BNB left.

Yeah, I get the hate for the rest of the list. Well CELR and GLMR are my long term holds, staked, LSS is not that bad (lossless team saved a bit of tokens in ONE bridge hack). Rest is spec/moonshots/gambles. I really think BONE will moon and I got most of it for free by providing liquidity on SS since start.

Nevertheless, I was just a couple of months crypto old amd and didn't knw that trends over as quick as they start... OCEAN and FLD are in the top ranks for me. FLD is the utility token for FLUID - Ai quant-based cross-chain liquidity aggregator. It's a favorite of mine mostly because of its ultra-low fees and hack mitigation capabilities via the partnership with MATIC and LSS respectively.

good question. im questioning myself for some choices i made while the bulls were unleashed. but for me, im sticking to my plan and im going to dca parts in the obvious two (btc,eth). also im in for the longterm for ADA, MATIC, VRA and LSS. thats it. small portions XPR (Proton, not Ripple) and ONE.
Coingecko and CMC You can research the "recently added". Telegram crypto communities used to be a good resource as people genuinely discussed. Also, look out for upcoming IDOs and all that. That was how I found a couple projects early like RAMP, DAFI, LSS which I went into after extra research. Though sometimes being early isn't necessarily good, dafi for example is far way better looking now and has loads of upside compared to when they launched with no products yet and all. Keeping projects in your radar might be exhausting but works well if they develop well along the line and you get a better entry.

I missed LSS, LUNA, and DOGE. Bought $LSS at .205 went to $2.50, but sold at $0.35. Bought LUNA at $6.60 sold at $5, thnking it ws crashing, before it skyrocketed and bought DOGE at $0.003 and sold at $0.075, but it went to like $0.69. man i guess i hate money...

If you're looking for ultra small cap with huge potential than LSS is a nice bet. They're planning on being able to wrap you're favourite coins. I had a buy order on LSS for $.70 the day it went from $.60 to over $2. I expected it to dip a bit but never did. What I am not doing this time, which I did last time 2017, is FOMO into missed opportunities. Back then I swapped some BTC for BCH over $3k and LTC over $300 cuz I thought they would continue to run. So while it is important to make note of missed opportunities and learn from them, it is more important not to FOMO.
