SOL is a strong contended for 2nd or 3rd coin status. I think it's absolutely crazy how undervalued BOINK AND SAMO has been. during the next crypto run these things will easily 50X. ​ I like SAMO as it still has room for growth with its low marketcap
No reading description but answering your question, yes, holding a lot of it \- 200 lbs of HORSEMEAT holder🐴🥩 as low cap coin with huge potential which survived dump/bots, community growing quickly \- SAMO holder for very long time, already took several profits \- BONK holder, also took a lot of profits \- MYRO holder, pumping right now To be fair, it is still less than 1% of my SOL investment but when I took profits it, I transformed them to SOL and 1/3 my SOL is from those meme coin profits. So, yeah, it is definitelly worth visiting meme coin world if you like high risk / high reward potential.
I almost want to disagree with that last point. I bought SAMO in Feb and for an entire year it sat on 0.003 it was only until this month it hit 3 cents. No one could have seen it coming i imagine it would have looked like a dead project.

SAMO - the SOL "dog coin" \- not my style, but it seems to have been purposefully built from lessons learned by other meme coins and for now it's like buying futures in Sol without the headaches of getting liquidated ... unless Sol disappears
I’m most interested in Solana-based dog coins. No, I’m not kidding. Solana is one of the most beaten down L1 ecosystems in crypto post FTX / fed funds hikes. Yet, Solana remains one of the most interesting L1’s in terms of developer team, community, on chain activity, and projects in development. As a result, I think the SOL token is prime for a (potentially) unruly upside rally that will surprise people, especially once liquidity starts to flow back into the market in a materially relevant way. IE - i think SOL outperforms most of the top 50 market cap coins. If this happens, capital will naturally flow into riskier Solana tokens towards the end of the next short term liquidity cycle. Enter Solana dogcoins. My bets are on BONK and SAMO, currently. Granted this is pure speculation, but given how thinly traded Solana dogcoins are - they should fly in the event that the broader Solana ecosystem gains traction.

I got 50M in that wallet and I'm not sure from what but like I said probably SAMO. Usually the meme coins drop from having 1+ sol but it looks like BONK was targeted to people using the chain.

If your fishing for some investment advice from this sub reddit. My advice is to not listen, the majority opinion here always misses the boat Having said all that... My advice depends on your risk tolerance Safer = Stick to BTC and ETH Risky Strat 1 = Shib, ELON, SAMO, Pitbull - At least one of these will run hard in the next bull run. (Shib being the least riskiest option) Risky Strat 2 = LUNA/LUNC, both have some more upside potential, but don't hold too long

SAMO. A token on the SOL network (a network I admitidley don't even like that much) my friend convinced me to swap some of my SOL for it and I said why not. Currently sitting at an 89% loss. Basically got in at ATH and nearly every investment my friend makes is a huge mistake so I don't even know why I listened to him. I'm not mad at him of course but it was just a huge mistake. The good part is I only put a small portion of my portfolio into it so why the lass still hurts it barely registers when compared to my portfolio in its entirety.
I did very much the same with SAMO at .13. I guess we hodl and pray.

If there's anything that encapsulates this generation it's the combination of humour, authenticity, and online community: dog-coins bring all 3.

Just SAMO really I had a bunch of antshares at one point and sold it all like two weeks before the NeO rebrand. I also had a lot of doge (relatively spending) in 2017 and sold all of that back then also. But that’s pretty much it, oh and used to have a bunch of VTc/ENg and got out of those pretty near there peak. Trading got too tiring though so I mostly just hold the l1’s and lp farm now.
BTC, ETH and SOL. Also considering a little SAMO and FTM

Stands to reason that the entire Dog-coin ensemble for all major blockchains (DOGE for litecoin, SHIB for ethereum, SAMO for Solana) will survive given DOGE's staying power
Loopring is not small by any means anymore but definitely one to watch. I'm also a big fan of SAMO which is aiming to be Solana's leading dog coin. Obviously not got a massive amount of exposure to it but I figure it's worth a small hedge considering how big SHIB has become off the back of Ethereum.

The community itself is really great. The developers are pretty active within the community. I think the name is overall great too. This crypto also helps dog shelters by donating crypto to dog shelters (charity work and actually helping the earth) Currently WOOF is 5th in volume on Solana blockchain (we’re normally 2nd behind SAMO but we’ve had low volume overall) according to Dexlab. Which is the only real downside to this coin is not enough exposure.
