I use Plutus and CDC card (when I’m through the amount that I can earn on using the everyday plan). That’s quite passive I guess. I have some ADA, ATOM, VET and ALGO delegated. I also use the flare and SGB network with a very small amount. All in all pocket change money.

You should download Bifrost create a wallet and delegate SGB. If it's already not worth much. You can earn more and wait for the price to recover. Songbird won't be a shit coin forever. The technology for interoperability is second to none. They have one API that accesses every underlying chain that has been incorporated an merge mined. meaning as a dev you can trustlessly move assets from all connected chains without 3rd parties. SGB/FLR essentially gives smart contracts to POW chains

I remember seeing posts like this in June of 2021. People going off their tits about a 5% 'pump' this shit coin 'surged' 9% like no my dude, its exactly the same price it was a week or 2 weeks or a month ago its nothing special. Single digit 'pumps' even double digit under 20% is hardly a pump especially when coins can crash or pump tens of % in a matter of days or weeks. It's like weathermen exclaiming it's going to be raining and can finally water the drought we're in while it was raining twice as much as predicted a week ago. What about other coins that have pumped? XYO? APLHA? SGB? All 10%+ 'pumps' I don't see posts going off their tits about those. Why not? Because it's fucking normal! Dude, I lost $500 in 2020 swing trading XRP to try to get the Flare airdrop. A year and a half later, I recieved some SGB for my troubles (about $60 worth). I fucked around with exfi for a minute, then said screw it, and converted it to UST and deposited into Anchor Protocol as a test. Two months later, I completed a round trip to make sure I could get money in and OUT of that process. I thought "this is going pretty good". I honestly might have been weeks or days from putting a big chunk in, before the outcome we witnessed last week. It has changed my whole outlook to say the least. I was lucky, and I can't claim any skill was involved. My condolences.
I lost $500 in XRP in December of 2020 so that I could get <$50 in SGB a year and a half later.

Don’t usually answer these, but I do have an answer this time! SKL - with all of the talk about Layer 2 solutions like Polygon and Loopring, no one mentions this one. As I understand it, the creation-destruction of side chains as needed seems very useful. SGB - Celsius is offering 5.5% on it, but as a US buyer I only could get it off Kraken. This is an experimental network for the Flare Network (Spark) which is kind of trying to do something like Ren (liquidity transference via F-Assets). Paper is pretty dense and I don’t know what happened with the whole Ripple thing (it dropped from like $0.25.) There’s so many projects that it’s hard to digest to the full extent when reading. Would love to know more about the tech side beyond what I read.

Actually there have been quite a few that did quite well, if you timed it right. FLR, SGB, VGB, ELS, and 5-6 others who's names I don't even remember anymore. Couldn't care less about these airdrops aside from FLR/Spark. I just use the others to stack more XRP.

Right now CAND is trading above its peg $1.30-1.40. It doesn't make sense to swap for it. The opportunity right now to MINT CAND is incredible though. Amazed more people haven't taken advantage. Fees are almost zero 0.75% bottom of the weekly trend from exfi airdrop. You can get 8 to 1 SGB with CAND at the moment. SGB delegation rewards are putting in a floor IMO.

The Flare team airdropped the token Songbird (SGB) last year, which is a 'canary network token' for Flare. Once that's been fully tested Flare will go truly live and Spark will be airdropped, probably in the second half of 2022. Looks like Coinbase are supporting the Spark airdrop, but not Songbird (Coinbase received it, but aren't distributing it to customers).

Is the timestamp for the SGB and EXFI airdrops (Dec. 12th, 2020) the same as the Flare/Spark airdrop? That mean that back in Dec 2020 you were holding XRP and you are eligible for the Flare Network airdrop, and if are than you as well get Songbird #SGB as well. You can withdraw it sell it or stake it and make it grow....

Songbird is the Canary Network for Flare. SGB is the token used... you can wrap and delegate your SGB to an FTSO to earn more SGB or take a stab at some defi on Flare Finance (not affiliated with Flare Network... I know they should have picked another name). Q1 of next year should see the Flare Network roll out and then you will get FLR (Spark).

Yeah you can download Bifrost just like metamask but for Songbird Flare on the play store and put in your seed and your SGB should be there right now and Exfi in a little bit when they distribute.

SGB is a steal right now. XRP if you're a gambler XLM if you believe in the upcoming remittance coin season after the sec thing with XRP - either way that goes it's great for Stellar. ADA isn't going to stop. It might have slow growth, bit it could be explosive when apple announces ADApplepay (because Wolfram alpha is making that "innovative" new oracle with them still.) Basically CEFI promised FLR airdrop. Everyone is happy with that. But suddenly the Flare network released SGB which is the canary network (like KSM) using the exact same snapshot. Naturally people would ask for it. Obviously not all CEFI are ready for this airdrop (meaning they need to prepare the infrastructure and deal with their custodian like fireblocks), and they take time basically answering to the people. Naturally since this is money people are throwing tantrums here and there. Now there is another airdrop, which uses SGB balance for their snapshot, but then most Cefi has yet to release the SGB. And you guess it, more tantrums.
