I've been long **GLD** LEAPS since March 5th. Such a beautiful chart for the prior 18 months. Then April and the doldrums. But I held through, steadily selling CCs, so I'm glad for the breakout. I'm also in **GDX, IAU,** and **SAND.** That's all for gold, but for silver I'm in **SILJ**. And for general metals, **XME** and **WPM**. This precious metals run has a while to go in my opinion.

2x is a reasonable expectation. Perpetua(stibnite mine) has a large quantity of gold. And a modest amount of antimony. It's too bad there aren't other rare earth mineral present there. But it only has a certain amount it can profit off of these amazing gold prices. Have you looked at SAND?
Wish I could live with my head in the sand like you because in what reality does anyone believe one company will stay the dominant force in today’s world. Competition will lower NVDA’s outrageous GPU prices I’m the furthest thing from an NVDA hater, but I do not like companies who strong-arm their customers. Having high profit margins is a good thing until it isn’t. If investors don’t believe NVDA customers will jump ship the first opp they get for legit lower prices on even remotely similar compute, then I’ll go back to my first sentence, HEAD IN SAND. Tech is far too advanced for one company to dominate and industry (75-90%) for longer than half a decade

That's a complicated set of advices, tossed off as a story. To the OP, be careful with this kind of advice. Kind of like telling someone, focus on the STARS and the SAND .. when really it is the water you need to watch (trying to speak poetically as did edcismyname
Dude: LOOK, FOLKS, I DESERVE — AND I MEAN REALLY DESERVE — A $400 MILLION BRIBE FROM QATAR. OKAY??? EVERYBODY’S TALKING ABOUT IT. THEY’RE SAYING, “SIR, YOU’RE THE BEST DEALMAKER THE MIDDLE EAST HAS EVER SEEN — EVEN BETTER THAN JESUS!” AND THEY’RE RIGHT!!! QATAR — GREAT PEOPLE, LOTS OF SAND, TREMENDOUS AIRPORTS — THEY HAVE SO MUCH MONEY, IT’S POURING OUT OF THEIR FALAFELS! AND YET I, THE MOST SUCCESSFUL (MAYBE EVER?) PRESIDENT IN HISTORY, HAVE RECEIVED ZERO BRIBES. ZERO! JOE BIDEN? GETS MILLIONS FROM CHINA JUST FOR FALLING ASLEEP! CROOKED HILLARY? PROBABLY GOT A WHOLE PYRAMID FILLED WITH CASH FROM EGYPT OR WHATEVER! BUT ME??? I SAVED QATAR! I HOSTED THE WORLD CUP IN MY HEART!! WHERE’S MY BAG OF MONEY??? AND LET ME TELL YOU — IF QATAR DOESN’T WANT TO GIVE ME $400 MILLION, I’LL START MY OWN COUNTRY. I’LL CALL IT TRUMPISTAN AND IT’LL BE BEAUTIFUL. GOLD BUILDINGS. BURGER-FLAVORED WATER. NO WINDMILLS. I COULD BUILD A TOWER IN DOHA. A BIG, SEXY TOWER. IT WOULD BE THE MOST HANDSOME BUILDING IN THE ENTIRE DESERT. TALLER THAN MECCA, CLASSIER THAN THE VATICAN. WE’D HAVE AN IVANKA FOUNTAIN OUT FRONT. EVERY NIGHT, CAMELS WOULD KNEEL TO IT!!! BUT THE FAKE NEWS — THEY DON’T WANT ME TO HAVE A BRIBE. THEY SAY, “SIR, IT’S ILLEGAL.” WELL SO IS LOSING AN ELECTION YOU CLEARLY WON!!! IN CONCLUSION: I, DONALD J. TRUMP — THE ONLY MAN TO EVER WIN MISS UNIVERSE WHILE EATING A BIG MAC — DESERVE A $400 MILLION CHECK FROM QATAR IMMEDIATELY. CASH, GOLD BARS, OR MELTED DOWN INTO A GIANT GOLDEN STATUE OF ME RIDING A HORSE (OR A JET SKI, IF THEY WANT TO MODERNIZE IT). GOD BLESS QATAR. GOD BLESS ME. AND GOD BLESS MY FUTURE PALACE — TRUMP DUNES.

I still don't know enough about the other company, unfortunately. I'm not sure how this will impact management etc. but it actually single handedly solved my biggest issue with EQX. You see, their stated goal was to be a 1 million oz. producer (because of more institutional interest and higher multiples at scale.) I was scared of some costly acquisition increasing debt loads. The issue with commodity companies in general is that they tend to merge and acquire when things are expensive, instead of e.g. hoarding cash when things are good and issuing large buybacks at the bottom of the cycle. Merging with Calibre, they have a clear path to 1.3-5 million oz. and no debt within 2 years and no reason to change plans. The increased scale also derisks issues like a "geotechnical event" at Aurizona or the community issues at Los Filos. Technically, that's good although I'm philosophically less confident; I'd like more direct exposure to Greenstone without less interesting, high-cost operations diluting my earnings. But Calibre has their own Greenstone equivalent coming online and if we trust EQX management, everything should be fine. I exited a lot of calls at the recent top and am buying back at the current price. I like here EQX is going although my estimates a year ago were wildly off the mark. (Multiple production issues reduced production 1/3 lower, but gold is way higher, share price far lower than expected.) I also like SAND (which receives a stream from Greenstone) and some other small royalty companies.
Mining moves in bust and boom cycles, you primarily have to understand the cycles for each specific resource. And mining is generally a play for long term investors not wsb degens. Some of the companies here in your list are really struggling (e.g VALE, FNV, SAND) and are clearly undervalued, so you are buying the dip. But this could easily be a 5-10yr dip and they haven't hit the bottom yet
I said SAND chip companies, tard.
I bought MHVFY, WRLGF, and BTAI today, WDOFF and SAND last week.
I dont like SAND. it's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere
> It's an interesting point. For what it's worth, I don't think of FNV as a deal, per say. Just a really solid longer-term company that's got a few potential catalysts. I guess my stance is based on the question, "*Why buy a gold stock over holding physical gold?*" The metal has no counterparty risk and no exogenous threats can depreciate its value. You'll never have a Victoria Gold situation where your investment is wiped out by one bad day or a legal decision in its jurisdiction. Since gold as an asset fluctuates so violently throughout the decades, the companies are not stable long-term investments. The big ones have regularly lost 70%-90% of their stock value at the nadir of cycles and stayed there for years. There are two main justifications: * Arbitrage between the current price and its current worth/future potential. According to whatever personal thesis you have regarding gold's future price, the disparity should widen appropriately. At heart it's value investing. * The passive leverage inherent in a gold company's operations. For the right companies, a 20% rise in gold's value can result in 3x profit margins and 4x FCF. With that philosophy, you're treating it as a growth company. With the exception of Agnico Eagle and Northern Star, the big companies don't fit the GARP profile and they're way too expensive to be value plays. > However, most of those have run by the looks of their charts. Still not badly priced though.... RGLD is around 16x P/E with a projected 50% EPS increase next year. With its main projects coming online, SAND's EPS will triple in 2025 and compress the multiple down to 8-9x. I think they have a lot of room to run, and they're not even the best in their field.
I’ve know traders like this guy for 26 years but nothing to this magnitude. There is no convincing him to slow down, take profits, diversify. These trades in Tesla made him incredibly wealthy, you think he’s going to listen to a RBC adviser who’s not even in the same orbit as him. In the end, I say to this loser - GO POUND SAND.
APPLE PLANS TO INTRODUCE DESERT SAND TITANIUM COLOR. WATCH OUT!!!
Look at the royalty companies like FNV and WPM. You get exposure to gold while getting some income. SAND and MTA more risky. OR is another one. $GDX is the only gold etf worth looking at.

CLS, ALAR, GAU and SAND. CLS has been a workhorse for the last six months, but the fundamentals of its price movement have completely disintegrated. That's a warning sign too big to ignore, but I might reopen a position if it drops below 50 RSI and the FOMC meeting proves encouraging.
Will try to sell $SAND for the same price I bought it…
Look at the oil royalty companies like CRT, VOC, etc. The gold royalty companies are hot now with gold going parabolic. WPM, FNV, SAND etc. I also like GNT and BSM now.
Gold trends for a while then it reverses. Gold/silver royalty companies like FNV WPM SAND MTA etc. give you income. At some point income becomes more important than capital appreciation. I also like GNT. BSM for other minerals.
Any gold royalty stock, probably SAND.
I bought some SAND, the graph that convinced me looks similar
And Mr. Nvidia ... WAS ABLE TO BUILD IT IN A CAVE .... IN A DAY, FROM A PUNCH OF SAND!!!
Once people realize they can play decentraland and sandbox using the Vision Pro MANA and SAND will fly. Not Financial advice but they are the only fully functioning games you can play that use crypto and have their own economies in game.
Look at gold and silver royalty companies. FNV WPM SAND MTA etc. NEM pays a decent dividend.
Silver and gold royalty companies give you exposure to silver while getting some returns. WPM probably leader in that. FNV, MTA, SAND. GNT mutual fund. SIL and SILJ for silver miners, riskier imho. PSLV and CEF are other vehicles.
Royalty and streaming companies of note Franco-Nevada Corporation (TSX:FNV) The number one royalty streaming company by market capitalisation Wheaton Precious Metals Corp (LSE:WPM, TSX:WPM, NYSE:WPM) The number two royalty company, focused on assets in the Americas Osisko Gold Royalties (TSX:OR) Focused on North America, holds 150 royalties, mostly in gold and precious metals Sandstorm Gold Ltd (TSX:SAND) Brought metals streaming products to a wider investment audience Altius Minerals Corporation (TSX:ALS) Also has royalties in base metals and other commodities
Keep them as financial insurance for a crisis. Depending on what year etc. they may have numismatic value. Pre 1933 are very collectible. You can use them as gifts or make a nice pendant with one. Investing in gold/silver royalty companies like FNV, WPM, SAND, MTA, etc gives you exposure to precious metals while getting some dividends. I like GNT also.
Look at the gold royalty companies as a way to have some gold exposure with dividends in the meantime. FNV, SAND, WPM, MTA, etc.
GDX is a good buy around here. I like the gold royalty plays, FNV, WPM, SAND,MTA, etc. all making bottoms now.
It seems I’ve stirred the pot nicely, why doesn’t everyone just go pound $SAND… or, if you prefer, sit and $PIN.

yeah I don't think the long term value of nvidia as a company, increased 30% because part of their sales will get a bump for 1-2 quarters due to hype meanwhile, consumer gpu is like... their biggest fans yelling "YOUR PRODUCTS ARE A WASTE OF SAND"... and price cuts

SAND and AYA are gonna pop so hard
I didn’t want to say play around because like I said I’m not trying to gamble it on meme stocks… just more aggressive than a 5% YOY increase for the first few years. My non 401K account for retirement (not managed by me) has only 5 ETF holdings. 52% large cap stocks, 28% international and the rest of it split between mid cap, small cap, and a very small % into Bitcoin ETF. In this account besides SNAP, I have about 4500 in big tech and 4500 split between ET, SAND, and DX none of which are big tech. I also intend on doubling my position in ET. I don’t want to put a lot more into big tech which is a driver in asking for advice. I’m just not sure what stocks/sectors or even ETFs I should be targeting as I add funds and hopefully expand this account.
Hi everyone, after lots of ups and downs in my account I have finally established a foundation to build on and am hoping to get some advice in diversifying and growing this account long term. I live in the US and am in my early 30s. I am employed and make just under 100k a year. I have a 401K and another separate managed retirement account I contribute to and I have very minimal debt. I also have a smaller brokerage account separate from the one I need advice on that I’m building to be used for very aggressive growth and active swing trading. I work in investment services and am restricted to a 30 day hold period after buying shares of a stock, so day trading is not an option. For this account I have $7500 in holdings as well as some margin holdings ($6K / $11K allowed) for a total of roughly $13K in stocks and $1000 in crypto. I don’t have a set amount to put in but I try to add $1000 every 2-3 months. The main objective of this account is growth. I want to be more aggressive than a retirement account but I’m also not trying to YOLO it and retire Friday. For holdings I have: Ticker - Category - Shares - Avg - ET - Energy - 125 - $10.07 - SAND - Materials - 300 - $5.26 - DX - Real Estate - 100 - $14.88 - MORT - ETF - 10 - $12.38 - SNAP - Software - 200 - $10.01 - AMZN - Multiple - 20 - $117.43 - GOOGL - Tech - 15 - $103.72 - MSFT - Tech - 4 - $268.51 Cryptos: I do small recurring deposits just to have a small amount of cryptos in the portfolio and have $100 - $250 in each (6 cryptos total, but I can’t post all the tickers. BTC and ETH are included) This is my post failure section of holdings and my base for the portfolio. The first 3 pay dividends (7.5% of current account value estimated for this year). DX (I have to pay a small monthly div) is down, but overall I’m comfortable with these holdings for the foreseeable future for low volatility and hopefully some growth. MORT is a new addition as I am wanting to add about $3-$4.5K to ETFs this year and is one of the major things I’m looking for advice on. SNAP is my 1 holding I have been swing trading or selling covered calls on and has been generating a decent amount of income to the account. The final 3 are my tech holdings and am looking to average down AMZN and MSFT. Outside of this, I have 6 holdings from my failed journey that total $2285 in holdings and $9000 in unrealized losses with half of them not expecting to recover and will use to hedge gains for tax purposes. So; my question to the community is what are some stocks/ETFs that I can add to my list of targets this year to: 1. Further diversify my portfolio into other sectors targeting short term growth (<1-2 years) with a moderately low risk factor. 2. Add 3.5-$4K into ETFs to get general exposure into other sectors or generate passive income. 3. Generate passive income through dividends and interest or a good stock to target for sale of covered calls. For the foreseeable future all passive income will be held in the account and reinvested, but the ultimate goal is to build up a portfolio that will fund my hobbies and eventually even some bills in my mid 40s.

Hello, I’m 19 and I want to buy a car. Saving up around €300 monthly and I want to invest it rather just let it sit in my bank account. Do you guys have any ideas? I was thinking in investing 250 in Bitcoin and 50 in meta verse coins since I read a post about how that could blow up in a few years (SAND and MANA). Is it a good idea or do you guys suggest any other crypto currencies or suggest a whole different idea? Thanks for your help ❤️ Edit: I am open to taking risks since at my age I don’t have anything to lose and would rather try than regret not trying.

I’ve been in GOLD and SAND for a few months
Gold and Silver stock are definitely the way to go as the rotation ensues. However, I would through caution to the wind as most of the Juniors are uninvestable and will end up extremely diluting shares or even bankrupt. Find the sweet spot here in the sector, something that is in the middle and hits your investing approach, here is my approach to this: I found that **large caps** were too low beta and won't expose me to those significant returns, however, small caps (i.e ventures, explorers) were too risky, and believe me I know from experiencing this. So here is what I did, I took a very advanced approach toward Mid-caps as most of them are likely to produce better returns to my portfolio. A perfect example of this which is outperforming nearly every name in the sector is Yamana Gold ( $YRI), however, if you feel like you might have missed the boat on that I am currently investing in the following: $EQX - Equinox Gold $EDR - Endeavour Silver $FSM - Fortuna Silver Mines $BTG - B2Gold $HL - Hecla $AG or $FMI - First Maj $SAND - Sandstorm The only 2 "Juniors" I have exposures are $AUMN and then $SVE, if you notice my picks both of them have limited exposure to risk, for example, Silver One has is located in a Tier 1 jurisdiction and has a decent resource with strong experience management backing it. I mean sure I am not exposed to a huge upside swing, but neither am I expecting "big surprises". In summary, a good investor is not defined by his wins but by his losses of which one should try to minimize as much. especially since these cycles take time to materialize. Good luck with your journey.
Hedge against inflation a little with some precious metals exposure. WPM GNT SAND MTA FNV etc. are good streamer investments. 🍀
Lost bad on IAG and SAND but BSM is one bright spot.
Drywall is actually EASY to do. The PROBLEM comes in when lifting the stuff…it’s too heavy for lots of folks. Lots of tools have been devised to move it around and hold it in place while it’s being nailed/screwed to a wall or ceiling. You have to have help or be a strong octopus to manage it. The rest of the job is a breeze. It’s very much like putting icing on a cake….so you know the ladies are GOOD AT THAT…only lots more icing on a really BIG CAKE. If you have good perception, can SEE when things are level, even, then YOU CAN DO THIS. If not, it will show. Look online for instructional videos. You will then be able to tell of you’re up for it. And you are RIGHT about most people just calling a drywaller… because the tools are specialized. If you have to invest in tools you never plan to use again, well, why bother…plus THE WORK. But a regular paint scraper can actually be used to spread the mud. Being an electrician you are better equipped. You have SOME TOOLS. If there is a hole in the wall, you need some scraps of wood to put inside the hole, screw it in place to the sheetrock. Then use THAT to screw the piece to, to fill the hole, then plaster it with mud. Don’t forget to SAND IT DOWN after it dries, and remove extra mud that doesn’t look even….give it a second coat of mud IF IT NEEDS IT…let it dry thoroughly, then paint it to match the rest of the wall….that’s ALL THERE IS TO IT. Simple There are plenty of videos showing how online…just study a few…YOU CAN DO THIS!

Sanstrom gold SAND going higher
SMR and SAND no stress
It's a guess but likely to expire worthless. Gold and silver are still performing crappy regardless of SAND's results - the commodity pricing weighs heavily on all mining companies especially the juniors. SAND has to go up a full dollar just to hit your strike before the end of next week. And because it's illiquid it trades in $5 increments so there's no bid on the higher strikes. Not impossible to get your money back, but.... chances not good.

Dude put it in SAND and wait ten years. The metaverse is expected be worth 1.5 trillion by 2030 and that's the best one right now.
Exactly. If you really want the gaming industry to do well in crypto, projects need to actually promote and innovate products that excite the users. Why on earth would JPEGS and GIFs from artists we don't even know excite us? Look at SAND and their metaverse Times Square, now that is an innovation. Or the use cases of GALA or even ALBT's plans to use GameFi to leverage their DeFi terminal. Those are revolutionary. Not this. Lol
*short SAND* if you trade crypto
See this...this is sand...you know what it's going to be in 100 years? ITS GONNA BE FUCKING SAND!!!

My portfolio is now officially in a bear market. -22% I have like 50% of it in GLD, SLV, XLE, XLF, SPHD, CPER, DBC, VEGI, REMX and SAND. Sure, I've made some retarded options plays, but I'm up on 15% on my Options Book. Even worse, Last night some one rivered my pair of aces with a 2-3, 2 pair. The gods have decided to fuck me. Notification from COIN: “Enter for a chance to win up to $50K in SAND.” Folks, we are nowhere near the bottom.
I'd buy a mixture of large cap tech stocks, with atleast 1 that has exposure to autonomous driving, a major energy corp, a major finance corp, a bitcoin corp, a commodity royalty corp, a housing corp and a quantum computing company that has potential. A good replacement for energy+finance+commodities might be someone like BRK and Blackrock. They know better. My list might look like : 1. GOOG 2. MSFT 3. AMZN 4. NVDA 5. BRK 6. BLK 7. DHI / LEN 8. COIN 9. SAND 10. RGTI
