Facilitate capital formation The SEC can't protect investors if crypto firms are unlawfully launching "PEPESHITCOIN2", "DOGEGARBAGEBAG3", "JESUSCOINRESSURRECTED", "DOGESPERMMARS", "ELONFUCKMEPLEASE", "PEPE2" etc and marketing them as "HEY, ROCKET EMOJI, ALL THE WAY TO THE MOON BABY". The SEC also can't protect investors and maintaining *fair, orderly and efficient markets* if you have exchanges like Bitfinex, Binance, MEXC and Coinbase doing wash trading to fake volume, and essentially pump-and-dumping shit-tokens against their very own clients. The SEC also cannot facilitate any capital formation if you have FTX comminglingly joining user and exchange funds with their private subsidiary and shit like that. ​ I don't want the SEC to *win*, I just want the SEC to be able to supervise and enhance the market efficiency.
