Binance is barely better. Had a similar issue as you, asset didn't make it to my binance account. Opened a ticket in April 2021. Kept getting "we're looking into it" responses and asking for 2-4 weeks each time. They never followed up, i always had to send them another message. At one point they told me the coins would be in my account by late November. December 1 rolls around and still nothing and now they are not responding at all. Coins finally hit my wallet in mid January 2022 from fucking APRIL 2021. Binance is garbage. Do not use them either.

Binance customer support is the worst. I mistakenly sent a token to my account without a memo so it went to the binance general wallet instead of mine. Completely my fault. But I messaged support in APRIL 2021 and they finally approved my request for my tokens to be sent back to my wallet in early November. They said I would have it in 30 days. I still don't have it and they aren't responding to any of my latest messages. As soon as I get this transaction over with, I'm closing my binance account and never using them again.
