My facts are not wrong or far from correct. Proof of reserves IS a type of audit. It is an audit of the cryptographic reserves. A 10-k on the otherhand is NOT a type of audit, it is a SELF REPORTING DOCUMENT that is based on 100% good faith and fear of the law. Do you know how many publicly traded companies that filled out 10-k forms were lying in the past? I'll wait here while you read about it. It's given over and over again, day in, day out... The same refrain. And then there are DAILY posts with sob stories about how they lost everything because they were trying to squeeze a few more bucks out, they were not satisfied so they used leverage or some site that promised massive returns... Over and over... And yet... Tomorrow... There will be a new post, just like this one today... Where someone is like "gosh... I wish I had listened..." I just don't get it. I needed exactly one warning a few years back when I first started doing research and learning. Why is it so impossible for people to learn without pain? For me it's easy, I can't fathom not hearing good advice and just going "oh, thanks for the warning, noted!" And then never doing that thing...

I have the Ledger Nano S. It was recommended to me by a crypto miner who has a lot of experience. It's very secure but there was a hack with Ledger customer lists which was not good but the actual hardware wallets have not been hacked. Some people do not like that Ledgers software is not open source bit I don't care I think it might actually be more secure this way. One important suggestion whatever hardware wallet you buy get it directly from the manufacturer DO NOT BUY A WALLET FROM A THIRD PARTY SELLER. Sorry about yelling but that's important for security.

I still have no idea why this case even made it to trial. If there is a dispute over who owns a piece of land, the first thing the court is going to ask for a copy of the deed in order to prove who is the current legal owner of that piece of property.
