Crypto trading is pretty difficult and IMO a no no for beginners! Staking is nice, easy, low risk and hands off investment! This days on platforms like binance or kucoin one can stake hundreds of coins smoothly ranging from top 10 coins like BNB to smaller ones like ALICE. And as one gets more confident and want to dig deeper into the crypto space, staking can be done directly with the protocols like UNQ or URUS which might not be listed. Trading is another whole bull game... I don't say it's impossible to make money with it consistently, but it's extremely though!

I personally hope that bitcoin miners are just the first and that we can figure out a way to make aluminum smelters on site, very small, and smelt aluminum. Why? So we can make something called "ALICE" which is aluminum shavings in ice and you can use it as fuel. So then we could take a really common element, aluminum, and with energy make a really great portable fuel out of it. But you could do the same with hydrogen I guess, crack water, and get hydrogen and oxygen, and use the hydrogen as fuel. But you need the extra energy and that's where bitcoin mining comes in. You start with a steady customer that's not picky (bitcoin miners). Then you shift to better paying customers when they're ready.

In cross margin, I have total wallet balance of 105991. With both the positons I have a unrealized loss of -22,311. Equity is 83,600 and Available balance is approx 17,022. Liquidation price calculated by system is 0.005 for both positions. I have 2 queries: 1. Value of both my positions is (38110.50 + 28468.51)= 66579 However By bit is showing Position Margin with the position value and unrealized loss both added. e.g. DOT USDT 38110 value added to -122244 loss and resulting in position margin of 50325. Due to unrealized loss added to my position margin, my available balance have been reduced so essentially seems like unrealized loss is reducing my available balance. Why is it taken from available balance rather than position value? 2. If this is true and if my positions go down sufficient enough in value, it will eventually lead to available balance reduced to zero. My question is if the available balance is reduced to zero, what will be liquidity price will change to in that scenario? Any help will be appreciated. But something like crypto punks or BAYC are more akin to investments, Crypto punks were the first NFTs and went live before ERC-1120 support was even available, the devs of crypto punks literally had to force the blockchain to create them. Hi Fam, I wanted to share that I have started day trading recently, just for fun, taking 2.5% plus gains. Having tested the water for a while, I have successfully done this 100 times but all at low stakes. Talking like $10 to $50 trades. I record every transaction on a spreadsheet and profits are solid. Some coins do hang around a while, but all sold eventually. ALICE and ICP stuck around for around 60 days but cleared eventually. Am mixing up my strategy going forward, investing all gains back in and going again every time - compounding. Am also sticking it to the big guns, BTC, ETH and a few others in the top 20 as these do fluctuate. Starting at $400. Already up to $407 today with my COMP trade for today. I suspect that it'll take me 320 trades to turn my $400 into $1m. My mind is set on trying this, I'm immune to losses as I've already written off the $400. Will have to consider my tax situation though if to 100 successful trades. As will start incurring CGT. The trick that works for me is to hold and set my take profit and just forget until it executes, then go again. This will likely result in massive losses but let's see!
