ETH because VB is so eccentric and it's the king of smart contracts. ADA because CH is so funny, and DOT because GW is just cool and I think that what he's doing is unique. The developer spaces in Cardano and Polkadot are top tier with loads of interesting people of various backgrounds. I doubt someone can give you a reply based on stats, but in my experience they pump more frequently than dump. It depends on factors like the way the token was listed. For instance, $LAZIO fan token, was launched through Binance Launchpad and went up 100x in a short span of time, but $CITY, another fan token that has just listed on Binance today, only pumped 25%, probably because it was already in the market (FTX, Socios, etc). If it's a meme coin, another factor you could consider is social signal. If such a coin found its way into a major CEX, then it's probably because it has a lot of social media support. It expect it to pump a lot. From I've seen, they almost never 10x or 100x, though. 2x is more realistic.

For the record, Miami (the actual city) is MUCH smaller than people think. When people think about Miami, they picture everything from Ft. Lauderdale to Key West from North to South, and the Everglades to Miami Beach from East to West, which is all of Miami Dade COUNTY (plus a little). That is the "Greater Miami Area" which has a population of 5.5 million and covers 1300 square miles (and is where I have lived for over 40 years). The CITY of Miami is 55 square miles (smallest major city in the US) and has under half a million people.
