OMG! So many hyped shitcoins from this era that went nowhere. QTUM, ELF, WAVES, ARK, DENT (how does this still exist?), SNT, CVC, LOOM, ARDR… anything ranked 300+ that used to be top 50 is pretty much dead.

I used to be a host of The Bitcoin Podcast. I eventually left the show because I came to OPs conclusion. It's a storage of value. Get rich or don't. That's it. I was there when IBM wanted to create a block chain, when Imogen Heap wanted a fair way for musicians to get paid and when Jamie Foxx wanted you to use Robinhood. From the legit to the shills it's all the same result. Nothing happens. Remember Status or SNT...they've been in beta for like 8 years. Crypto is a scam. Put some money in SHIB and hold on. Huge recovery for SNT. They have been going hard on their development but putting nothing into marketing so I didn’t expect it to pop for a while yet. Can’t complain though!
Ox still fine. GNT- I don't think it's going anywhere special or it already would have. Vertcoin- meh, was hyped hot shit a few years ago but it's pretty dead now. SNT - Dead imo NEM - honestly haven't followed it in years but also haven't heard much about it either which also is not good. Verge- still kicking because it's cheap and on a few decent exchanges. I don't think it will be great but it's not dead. Dgb- poor man's coin that gets pumped every once in a while. Etc- is a borderline meme coin now. It's on RH so people buy it but have no idea what it is. It's dead tech and should be a dead coin.
Mine is gonna be random, because I didn't know anything about crypto, I bought SNT earlier in this bull run and was able to flip it for a nice % so even though it is not a well performing coin it still made me some side money, so no complaints.

SNT the only green in my portfolio. Pity it’s my smallest bag.
Its probably best to look towards what interest you and find the biggest movers there… business (VET, TRAC), gaming (ENJ, MANA, ATRI), social media (SNT), or just love the foundation projects (DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO).

AGIX or SNT. SNT probably safer rn since AGIX pushing ATH but I like AGIX a lot. Solid AI company with working products. Look into singularity net and AGI. FET is cool too and getting more mentions here lately, but also brushing ATH this alt season. That certainly doesn’t mean any of them can’t go higher. All fairly new projects.

Just realised I had another wallet with SNT on it. Bloody hell, they've done well. I never read anything about it, but very much worth looking into. Absolutely no shitcoin, real world purpose and still relatively cheap. Ranked just outside top 100 market cap, loads of potential if you ask me. Have a look!
Not arguing with the merits, but you might be interested in some background wrt naming. MaidSafe Limited / MaidSafe Foundation (a Scottish Charity) are the driving organisations, and the names are based on: Maid - Massive Array of Internet Discs Safe - Secure Access For Everyone Safe Network is secured using nodes which provide the resources (storage, bandwidth, compute) for the network, and will be rewarded for doing so with SNT (Safe Network Token). The token is currently MAID, but will be converted 1 for 1 for use in the Safe Network, and called the Safe Network Token (a non Blockchain token - so very much better in terms of efficiency, scaling, transaction rates/fees etc). I agree other projects and tokens have catchier names but what's that if your product has as much behind it as an NFT! The first testnet with almost all core network functionality will be released in the next week or so, when you will be able to run a node to help with testing while getting a feel for the Safe Network as a new, secure, privacy first decentralised internet. As someone who had left some SNT on Binance, I can vouch that they were not allowing trades. What a giant pain in the ass moving that - would've been so simple to trade and move a non-shitcoin. (My fault for accidentally leaving it too long, I know).
