You are just looking at one side of the coin here. USA's debt is irrelevant when countries around the world owes more to you. This is why USA can stay a float even if their debt reaches a record high. This is also a financial tactic. Countries like USA borrows money and puts it in investments (infrastructures like subways, construction, healthcare, science, etc.). This in turn would yield twice or enough to cover their previous debt. Then they would plug it in again and borrow more. Why is this a tactic? Well, in a bank there is a loan and cash. They loan money to spend it on economic developments and there is cash, which serves as the EMERGENCY FUND in case there is another pandemic or war, etc. These emergency funds should not be touched and can be in the form of golds (like the ones in Fort Knox). Problem will only arise if a country loans MORE THAN what they have. That is dangerous because if one of your infrastructures flops, then you risk defaulting your entire country. So there is no need to panic. A economy like USA won't burst easily. Primarily because lots of countries owe them. They can just print and print. Don't sink all your assets in crypto since it is volatile af. You can put them in trust funds instead or investments and put a few to crypto if you want. But please, not all.

No. Not now. Not ever. In no world would a fucking BTC futures ETF be used to manipulate the market. You should grow up and learn what an etf is and how it works. If a futures ETF was being used to manipulate the market it would require minimum 10s of billions of dollars per day of action both buying or selling. This could never happen. First, the size of the ETF would have to be enormous or when trying to tank the market, the FUND would simply run out of assets. Second, it would be immediately obvious and the regulators and sponsors would jump in. ETF trades of that size would require the market makers / authorized participants to be making or dismantling units. Not thinkable to anyone with a brain. Third, trades in these vehicles are observable and tracked. The mechanics, to anyone who understand how an etf works from start to finish, just don't work.

Here in Brazil there's a funny law... pay attention... Private Companys must pay the equivalent of 8% of the income of an employee beyond the salary. It's an obligation. The tax proposals are in the section that defines how they will get the money to overhaul / fund the infrastructure. It's bullshit, but not "pork" like you suggest.
